1. Services
Gabby’s Cleaning provides residential and commercial cleaning services as described on our website or in your service agreement.
Specific tasks, schedules, and pricing are confirmed prior to each cleaning appointment.
2. Appointments and Cancellations
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
If our team arrives and cannot access the property, a cancellation fee may apply.
We strive to arrive on time but cannot guarantee exact arrival times due to traffic or weather conditions.
3. Payments
Payment is due on the day of service, unless otherwise agreed.
Accepted payment methods: cash, check, or Zelle.
Returned checks or failed payments may incur additional fees.
4. Satisfaction Guarantee
Your satisfaction is our priority.
If you’re not completely satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours, and we’ll return to address the issue at no extra charge.
5. Liability
Gabby’s Cleaning is insured and takes great care when handling your property.
However, we are not responsible for:
Pre-existing damage, or
Items that are not securely fastened or installed prior to cleaning.
6. Website Use
All content, including text, graphics, and logos, is the exclusive property of Gabby’s Cleaning.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any material without prior written permission.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions periodically.
Any updates will be posted on this page with a revised Effective Date.
